Girls Can Hoop Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
    • Sale items and custom products are not eligible for returns.
    • There is a 15% (of product total) restocking fee
  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@girlscanhoop.org with your order number and short description of the issue.
    • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item(s) back.
  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
