We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and custom products are not eligible for returns.
- There is a 15% (of product total) restocking fee

Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at contact@girlscanhoop.org with your order number and short description of the issue.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping your item(s) back.

Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
- If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
